Yes. And, no.: Yes - both of those are possible side effects (amid a long list of others). But No, you shouldn't just go cold turkey w/out medical guidance. Set up an appointment ASAP. If there's a wait ask for tapering instructions during your call. Keep a record of the call and directions. W/drawal effects are risky too - as you seem to be sensitive. Be careful. Ask about risks before starting a med. Best!
