Safe but not effecti: the usual dose is 40 mg once a day if you take more is not going to do you any good if you do not think the effect is lasting you can take 20 mg twice a day but the medicine half life should last for the 24 hours if the problem you are insisting of eating food that will give you heartburn and upset stomach all the medicine on earth will not be enough your body telling you it does not like the food
