Preparing for Pap : Read http://womenshealth.About.Com/cs/papsmears/ht/preparepapsmear.Htm. The advice is logical and has you avoid intercourse, use of tampons, douches, foams and, schedule your appointment for about 2 weeks after your period ( reschedule if you start to bleed).
