Yes: I suppose you have a cervix and if so there are patients who have never had sex that develop cervical cancer. The rate is lower than those that are sexually active, but not zero. Since screening can detect it at a stage where it can be adequately removed/cured and give a patient a longer life, it is a reasonable investment in time/effort. It is a terrible way to end a life.
