Nothing: Screening for oral cancer is usually performed during your dental cleaning/dental exam. If a lesion is detected, x-rays and biopsy may be indicated. The cost of these will depend on the type of medical insurance you have and location/ network where the work-up is done.

$0: When you see your dentist, any reputable dentist will do an oral cancer screening with every check-up visit. This is something that is completely normal to ask the dentist to do, and should not pose an additional fee. For lab tests and such, fees may apply, but a visual screening should be done free of charge with check-ups.
