I'm 12 weeks 6 days, i went to the dentist yesterday for an extraction and there was a still a lot of infection. wondering if the baby is ok?

Depends: If you are taking only ordinary antibiotic by mouth and our infection is mild your are ok. If your infection is severe enough with high fever, low blood pressure, and abnormal blood count, you need to be in hospital for intravenous antibiotic. This may, may have some impact on your baby.
