Daily headaches: in a 36 year old are rarely due to brain tumor. Band like squeezing headaches are typically tension type. Diffuse headache worse on reclining with blurred vision can be due to idiopathic intracranial hypertension. if your PCP can't sort this out consider seeing a neurologist or a PM&R physician.
