Hello, i have anxiety and panic disorder and suffer from daily headaches and neck pains that usually radiate to the forehead. i did a brain mri and 2 x-rays (back and neck). i was diagnosed with bone loss. but they cant explain the headaches. why ?

Headaches/anxiety ?: Severe stress (emotional, job or school related) can cause daily headaches, mostly of the migraine variety (if your MRI was negative). See your physician for appropriate treatment for anxiety/panic disorders or a referral to a mental health provider.

Not a mass effect: there are 2 types of HA generally stress and migraine, many migraines have aura-other sensations associated. It sounds more likly to me you have stress HA. Good rx for your anxiety and panic will likely be necessary to help regular relaxation/medication , maybe massage also good options
