Sinusitis: Focal facial pain over eyebrow could be a sinus infection/inflammation. As the body responds, lymph nodes at neck can become inflammed and cause head and neck pain as well as an overall feeling of fatigue and low fever. Try a nasal saline wash followed by an oral decongestant/spray decongestant. Use Acetaminophen for pain.
