Pressure test: You may be referring to tympanometry which tests mobility of ear drum and eustacian tube dysfuction and middle ear fluid, or a fistula test which evaluates if change in outer ear pressure causes vertigo or nystagmous to assess for Meniere's ds or endolymphatic hydropsy. Cost for ENT visit depends on many factors not the least of which are your geography and the chief complaint. The tests dont hurt
