Head pressure: Head and neck pressure and pain can be challenging to diagnose and treat. Ask you doctor for a more thorough evaluation with possible imaging studies like a ct or mri. You can also ask for a referral to a specialist. Make sure your doctor knows that what had been prescribed isn't working for you.

See a pain managemen: You possible need to see a pain management doctor and get radiology study to find out the true etiology. Sometimes neck problem also can cause more headache. Prescribe more pain killer is not the proper way to treat your problem.
