Depends: A 27 year old would definitely be better to hold off on having a knee replacement as long as possible. This is in part because they usually last 15 years or so, and so you would presumably need several revisions throughout your life. The other option to correct your malalignment would be to do a osteotimy to correct the problem and you may be able to do better as well.
