OA : Yes . Knee pains due to severe oa of knees with bone on bone will clear after knee joint replacements over few months once healed well.If there are referred pain to knees and legs from severe ddd to back then that component of referred pain may persist even after knee replacements as it is a different source of knee pain . Discuss with ortho.
