It take time: This finding of the MRI most likely due to the surgery, it will take time to go away.

Walker or crutches: This can happen after partial knee replacement and the only options are to reduce the pressure on the bone until the bone stabilizes using crutches or a walker. You can also a a bone stimulator that can reduce the healing time but they are expensive and insurance doesnt always pay for them until it is 3 months and not any better.
