6 months pregnant, terrible insomnia. is it ok to take unisom (gel caps) being that's all i could find on the shelves?

Unisom is pregnancy category B meaning it does not have evidence for damage to the baby although it does get into breast milk and can harm a nursing baby. Your are in good company, 8/10 pregnant women have insomnia.
