A member asked:

Would cervical cancer cause symptoms or an abnormal pap before it spread to lymph nodes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Patrick Connerly answered

No: One of the problems with cervical cancer treatment is that many people do not have symptoms until it has already spread. That is why we do Pap smears-to catch it before symptoms
