Do not freakout, yet: In a 30 year old, it is very uncommon to see colon Cancer. So it may simply be a misreading, yet a colonoscopy examiantaion will clarify what is going on there, if anything. Why did have an examination in the first place? What test was done and why? Do you have any abdominal symptoms? These pieces of History are essential to know.
