Bilateral: breast pain is almost always due to benign causes such as fibrocystic changes or hormonal fluctuations. But, you should see your doctor for an exam in order to get it sorted out.

?Hormonal changes: Causes could be hormonal, fibrocystic breast tissue, medications and sometimes heavy weight lifting. Breast pain is usually not a sign of breast cancer unless it is inflammatory. See your physician for evaluation
