Normal mammo/ ultrasound end of feb.am post period and have sore left breast in one spot when pressed down on it. don't feel lump. shld i worry?

Mastalgia: achiness or soreness n one or both breasts should still be evaluated to rule out compression from undergarments ( bra ) and to rule out mastitis ( an inflammation of the deeper breast tissue ); however, it is encouraging that both studues were negative. I suggest with Advil or Aleve (naproxen) ( if not allergic to these ) and a change in undergarments or use a gym bra.
