My eardrum bumping making thumping sound I have fluids in the ear. should I be worried about it doing that
I have tinnitus in my left ear. This morning I heard thumping or my ear drum fluttering in the same ear.(Not pulsatile, random). What might it be?
It feels like something crawling in my ear and like there is fluid stuck in there but I have been seen by my Dr several times for this and every time they say they don't see anything or there is fluid behind the eardrum and give me an antibiotic.

Had fluid behind 1 eardrum, it's gone now, but still have ringing in ear(barely noticeable). Is it possible that there is some mucous in eustachian tube that you can't see? Could covid cause this? Been 4 months about 99% better; how much longer?
