Unlikely: I'm assuming you mean right lower quadrant pain. With no fever and no WBC elevation, it's unlikely that you have diverticulitis or appendicitis. HOWEVER, they are both still possibilities. Diverticulitis would be especially unusually on the right side with your age. I would bet on a colitis, constipation or an ovarian cyst before appendicitis. But this is still a guess.

I went to the immediate care yesterday for heart palpitations did complete blood workup troponin,ekg dimer, CBC , chest X-ray, all test were normal. Noticed I have a mild cough for a couple of days no fever or could this be early Covad?
CBC shows high WBC nothing else. Pain that moves around my back (upper/lower/waistline) No kidney stones on Xray. Doc says diverticulitis but no symptoms like that. I just had breast cancer/mastectomy 1 yr ago and I'm scared. What could this be?
