A member asked:

Normal cbc and throat swab. no fever. submandibular node was swollen. clindamycin shrank it in size. still there but smaller. goes away when massaged but comes back. blocked sinus on same side all winter persists. related? dr not concerned. i am?

What you described is not a cause for concern. You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
