Not: Indicated for anxiety. But beyond that even off label use is not done with it since the mechanism of action does not work with seratonin or norepinephrine. Bottom line: ssri's are top shelf treatment for anxiety and it will be very difficult to locate a psychiatrist who has solid experience with Lyrica (pregabalin).
