Let me guess: You're taking lyrica (pregabalin) & now you're irratable & anxious. So the answer is probably yes: lyrica (pregabalin) causes irratability & anxiety in YOUR case. Only way to know for sure is to stop it to see if irratability & anxiety go away & then restart it to see if they come back. Only way to know if they'll go away with continued use is to keep taking it & see. There is no crystal ball about these issues.
