See remark: Left side of belly ?,Groin ?,Back ? No one can ascertain that without an exam.When voiding or having bowel movement,there is a "strain" ,perhaps pressure ,this leads to pain if you have an underlying cause !! If at all possible please see a good doctor.you're still young,Take care of yourself
