Hi please help me, i experience something strange that started few days ago near groin on left side, but i can't say it's pain, it's more like a discomfort but i cannot sleep because of this . no urine blood no stool blood?

I assume your discomfort is rather severe if it prevents you from sleeping. Did you injure yourself? Any swelling? Tenderness? Testicular discomfort? In the groin most causes of discomfort are strained ligament,inguinal hernia, testicular pathology, kidney stones. See your MD if symptom persists
