Ovarian cyst: Pain in the left lower side of your abdomen could be related to an ovarian cyst, or related to your bowels. Given the lack of bowel symptoms, i would guess the former. Check a pregnancy test if this is possible. If the pain does not subside, then a visit to your doctor and a pelvic ultrasound are indicated.
