Get checked: sometimes severe constipation can actually interfere with urinating and certainly BMs. a tumor can do the same thing. if it turns out to be constipation, you will be fine. start taking stool softeners liberally until you go to a walk-in or have a BM and feel suddenly better.

Need evaluation: Honestly, if you can't urinate OR have a bowel movement on TOP of having pain in your lower abdomen, I would recommend you go get an evaluation from either an Urgent Care or ER where they can do some tests on you to quickly ascertain whether there is something serious going on that needs to be addressed ASAP.
