6w2d fetal sonogram: There is usually nothing to do but take a deep breath and come back for a follow up fetal sonogram. Many times the dates can be off, sometimes as much as 4 weeks, especially early in pregnancy, and the sonogram findings can be off. Therefore, make sure you are getting your prenatal folate, (folic acid) get enough rest, and get a follow up sonogram in 3-4 weeks - usually everything will have resolved by then.
