When a fetus is not growing yet the yolk sac is normal as well as uterus what is the condition?

Yolk sac: The yolk sac is only part of the conception. The fetus must continue to develop and grow to become a normal person. With no growth of the fetus and no development this sounds like an early miscarriage.
