Should i be concerned if i have swollen lymph node?

Yes: Swollen glands are usually from some medical problem but can be from many different things. Most people are worried that they represent cancer but, in general, swollen glands are from other reasons. It, of course, depends on many issues, including: where are they? how long have they been enlarged? are they growing or shrinking? Any other symptoms (fevers, sweats, itching,) need more info!
