Other symptoms?: A rash in that area can cause a swollen lymph node. Do you have any new bruising, fatigue, large lymph nodes anywhere else, fevers, night sweats or unintentional weight loss? If any of these, you need to see doc now. If really not sick (like you said), you could watch this. If it increases in size any more, i would have a doc look at it. Otherwise, lymph nodes can take 1-2 months to go away.
