Yes.: I would not try to geuss what this could be, but it should definitely be checked out. It could be an infection that has spread, like a middle ear infection, or it could be an infection somewhere else in the head and neck area. It seems fairly advanced so it would be wise to see your doctor as soon as you can to find out what this is.
