2-3 days: The removal of impacted teeth is a surgical procedure and post-operative pain is a common complaint. For moderate pain take NSAID or Tylenol (acetaminophen) OTC. For severe pain, take the prescribed medication as directed. The pain should subside considerably over the next 2-3 days.
