Unlikely: Typically, in 4-5 weeks most extraction sites are closed. When the gum grows over the healing bone (in order to heal, the bone needs to be covered with clotted blood or gum or both) and the socket is all covered, the wound closure is complete. After the complete wound closure, the bone is safe. The oral tissue is very easy to get infected however, so general precaution for oral sex is a must!
