Extraction : Most wisdomm tooth extractions are sutured and there may be pink in the saliva up to 24 hours. Just bite ona tea bag and it should stop, if it doesn't go to a doctor asap. If you are getting red in the saliva from active bleeding go to a doctor or hospital immediate.

1-2 days: Usually the day of the surgery, after the procedure you have the most bleeding. After this there is usually periodic oozing. Usually this is taken care of by bitting on the gauze for a good 15-20 min.
