That depends: Do you require them to be removed surgucally? Non surgical extractions, barring any post operative complications, recovery is typically 5-7 days. Surgical extractions recovery can take up to two weeks. The worst of it is usually 2-3 days out and then tapers from there. You should take any medications as prescribed as they are meant to assist you with pain management.

7-10 days: Variable depending on age, degree of difficulty and other factors. At age 44, your course will be longer. For best results, have your evaluation and treatment done by a board certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon.
