That is unusual...: In medicine, some weird reaction/effect can happen with almost anything. Inhalers to treat asthma/copd/wheezing etc...can cause many side effects--increase heart rate/palpitation, jitteriness, sorethroat, thrush, dry mouth, altered tastes, headaches, at times more difficulty with breathing, higher risk of infections etc... if stopping the inhaler and gas problem resolves, then likely. Good luck.
