I suffer from allergic cold round the year. when i take montair lc tab it gives me relief for two days. nasal drops nazomac-f and inhaler formonide 200 are not effective for me. should i continue with montair lc. or is there any other remedy?

You should continue with Montair LC (Levocetirizine + Montelukast) but also need to add on an intranasal steroid like Nazomac-F (Fluticasone). Since Fluticasone was not effective for you, then try Nazomac-M (Mometasone), which sometimes work better for some patients, especially if you have nasal polyps. If you have asthma that affects you year round, then you'll need to restart the inhaler.
