If you are taking : Singulair (montelukast) for allergies, you can take it AM or PM, at the same time every day. If for Exercise-Induced Asthma, take it 2 hours before exercise. Singulair (montelukast) can cause sleep problems & increase your symptoms of anxiety & depression, sometimes with hallucinations & suicidal thoughts.
