Anxiety: Symptoms of anxiety can include uncontrolled worrying, restlessness, increased muscle tension (including jaw), sense of lump in throat irritability, problems with sleep & concentration as well as feeling tired. The sx's you described are suggestive of anxiety. At 19 years old throat/ oral cancer is not likely.
