Hermanita, at your..: ...age it would be very unlikely to have throat or esophageal cancer. Many things can cause the symptoms you describe, including anxiety, so I suggest you visit your doctor for a full evaluation. If you use tobacco products or drink in excess, stop now. Saludos boricuas.
