Why i can not flex my knee if i only had knee plica removed?

Depends: If soon after the surgery there may still be fluid in the knee from the procedure. The amount of tissue derided ( cut out) may be extensive and be causing an irritation that is inhibiting your flexion.Sometimes there is bleeding after the surgery that can cause swelling and some fibrosis. Physical therapy is indicated and may take up to 6 weeks to regain your motion. Ask surgeon if persists
