Do i need to see a dr? had plica removed about 5 yrs ago. knee lots better until past year. pain was bad when walking.locked 2x. now swollen all the time but doesn't hurt quite as much. mostly when taking long walks?

You should see the doctor who took care of your knee before to have this evaluated. WIth swelling and pain, there is something wrong. You will likely need some type of imaging study, like an MRI. See your knee doctor for evaluation and treatment. Good luck!
