Arthroscopy of the knee and had some plica removed over 9 weeks ago now and i have more pain now then before surgery, could i have caused more damage?

Plica does not recur: You shold have the orthopod do anther exam. After arthoscopic removea, the plica usually does not recur.

Uncommonly...: Pain even two months after arthroscopic plica surgery is not uncommon. Nerve injury is uncommon but possible. Proper padding can help with pain. Allow complete recovery before returning to vigorous activity, like sports. If pain persists, see your surgeon or a physiatrist, a doctor who specializes in non-operative musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
