Gabapentin: You could talk to your doctor about augmentation with Gabapentin to see if it will help reduce anxiety. Another option would be augmentation with very low-dose Abilify (aripiprazole) or seroquel. Augmentation with Buspar could also be helpful as could bemzodiazepines. Luvox interacts with a lot of meds, so your doctor should check drug drug interactions on any medication that is used with luvox. Hope this helps.

Psychotherapy: I don't disagree with the suggestions of the other docs, but am troubled that you and your doc seem to be considering only medication and nothing else. Medication alone is not good care. Psychotherapy is highly effective for anxiety and should address the cause(s), not just the symptom. You've tried lots of meds without success. Now see a psychologist and get to the bottom of this.
