is pain from a dissection super extreme or would u be able to endure it like muscular tearing? could it be dissection if it go away like nothin hapend

Serious condition: Dissection is serious and though it is typically very painful there could be exceptions. However, I would NEVER expect it to go away without treatment or without obvious consequences to your health.
