International expert endoscopist attempted submucosal dissection. when i woke he said the lesion was small but was "movable" at terminal ileum. if i go back under general anesthesia vs. the twilight i had may i have same poor attempt outcome?

It is not clear what you are attempting to have done here. However, if you had an expert international endoscopist make an attempt at it, and it was unsuccessful, it is not likely that changing The method of anesthesia will make any difference. You should discuss this with the endoscopist to make a more informed decision. Good luck.
