Hello, i have a weird sharp stabbing pain right in the middle of my left shoulder blade, which occasionally runs up to my neck. it mostly happens when i yawn or sneeze but also just hurts daily. this has been going on for 3 weeks. need help please?

3 weeks of that pain warrants an examination by a physician or orthopedic specialist. I believe an xray is also in order. Primary pathology of the scapula or a nerve/muscle impingement are possibilities. The impingement may be in the neck vertebrae.
