No: Sertraline DOES NOT prolong the QT interval. Here's the full prescribing information:http://labeling.pfizer.com/ShowLabeling.aspx?id=517 Your QTc is mildly prolonged. You're wise to avoid drugs that prolong it - you're smart! Your potassium and magnesium should be checked and your family history evaluated. Unless you pass out, no treatment is indicated.
